Jamestown Realty, Inc.
is a family owned/operated company dedicated to providing great real
estate services; using the same tools, technology, and
professionalism as the big companies wrapped in a smaller, more
manageable package.

Jamestown Realty, Inc.
uses the Multiple Listings Service of Greater Cincinnati and
Northern Kentucky. We have the ability to co-op with all other
members of the Multiple Listings Service and have access to all
member listings. We have two in house appraisers to help you
determine the true market value of your home, before making a costly
mistake.
Company History
Jamestown Realty, Inc.
has been serving southwestern Ohio and Northern Kentucky for almost
35 years. The company was started in 197 by James Vickers who
is the acting broker to this day. Jamestown Realty has had a
long history of referral based business in the area. In fact,
we achieve 95% of our business through referral and repeat business,
and because of this, we very seldom engage in "cold
calling" or bulk mail solicitation to gain clientele. We make
it a habit of doing everything in our power to satisfy our clients
and that's why we are still in business.

is important that buyers and sellers understand these different
